This project began as a simple class assignment — one I never expected to continue. But after my professor and classmates encouraged me to develop it further (which surprised me, since it wasn’t a Christian course), I paused and prayed about how it might fit into everything else I was doing.
As I prayed, I felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to look back and recognize the quiet ways God had already been working through my life. What I once saw as random moments now clearly reveal His grace woven through it all. Week after week, especially when I’ve felt overwhelmed, God has reminded me that this isn’t just a message for others — it’s a reset for me. It helps me refocus, remember what truly matters, and see that this project is ultimately about Him.
Through Grace Across Borders, God has given me a practical way to share His Word with those who might never open a Bible. By drawing connections between Scripture and folklore, readers can see that many have encountered the heart of Jesus’s teachings in unexpected places and stories.
